Hello! Here’s another piece I’ve done for Let’s Draw Sherlock. It’s based on the “Demon Days” album art for Gorillaz (which I believe was inspired by The Beatles’ “Let It Be” cover). Rather than struggle to choose just four characters, I decided to display Sherlock’s different outfits and disguises, and then I just had to add the cigarette! It was good fun applying the Gorillaz characters’ style to him - especially with those eyebrows, eh? Oh, in case you wonder, he’s facing left for the sole purpose of showing off the damage John did to his cheekbone! Poor thing… (MY ART TAG)

Cosmic Quiver: Saturn’s Vibrations Create Spirals in Rings
(Phys.org) —Astronomers know that gravity from Saturn’s various moons tug at the planet’s rings and make spirals in them. But the catalyst for certain spiral patterns has been difficult to pin down. Now, two Cornell astronomers have determined the source: Saturn itself.
The entire planet can vibrate like a bell within periods of a few hours, and these oscillations cause gravitational tugs that, in turn, create the spiral patterns in the rings. The cause of the vibrations remains unknown.

On 10th February 2006, Franz Ferdinand performed at Budokan for the first time, it was only 2 years after they had released their debut album in Japan and the fastest record which British band achieved.Actually there was an extra show on 9th at Zepp Tokyo and I went to 3 shows in a row. I think their exhaustion was beyond my imagination but each show was awesome and those 3 days were fantastic, almost like a dream.I would like to thank Franz Ferdinand for always coming to Japan and giving us amazing shows and wonderful memories.
